There’s a spark within every young person, a drive to become better, an instinct to improve their communities and the world at large. Inside every young person of today is the leader of tomorrow. Join us as we reignite that essence – ScoutsTT’s Youth Leadership Training.
This training is designed to help you develop your potential as a leader and a positive change-maker in your community. You will learn about the concepts and practices of youth leadership, such as self-awareness, goal-setting, communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and civic engagement.
This training is a part of a multi-session course where at the end of this training, you will have a better understanding of yourself, your peers, and your role as a youth leader. You will also have a network of support and resources to help you continue your leadership journey.

- When’s it taking place and where?
Let’s camp out from Friday 1st December @ 5:00pm – Sunday 3rd December @12:00pm at the South-Central District Headquarters, Embacadere, San Fernando.
- Who can attend?
Youth Members between the ages of 17-25 years, such as:
- Senior Venture Scouts working on the Young Leaders’ Award (Acorn Badge)
- Venture Scouts working on the Leadership Proficiency Badge
- District Youth Commissioners
- Rovers & Young Leaders
- Youth Network Members
All participants must be registered members of ScoutsTT.
- What’s the cost?
There is a registration fee of $200 per participant. Groups are welcomed to subsidise participant registration.
This will cover materials for the course, along with meals.
